I am contacting you regarding my baggage from flight KL635 from Amsterdam to Las Vegas on 07 July.
Yesterday at the airport, I accidentally picked up a suitcase that looked exactly like mine. I later realized it was not my baggage and returned it.
Could you please check if my suitcase has been found or is currently in your possession? If so, could you let me know where it is and when I can collect it or when it can be delivered?
My baggage tag number is 0074KL 364604, and my booking reference is ZLODHC.
If there is any additional information about my baggage or a PIR reference number, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know.
