Going through security check in at LAX, my flight was at 11:41am to 1:58pm heading to Seattle

I was going through security check in tsa and my carry on bag was stopped and searched because I left my laptop inside the bag, an African American TSA worker with jewelry and glasses was looking through my bag last and when I received it back it was missing. It was on the very top of my bag so I know it got pulled out to check everything else inside. They are around $300 so I’m very upset that they are missing. I will keep contacting united airlines until I can fix this issue. Thank you for your understanding
