Dear Air France Lost & Found Team,
I urgently need your assistance. I lost my iPhone 14 (Black) on flight AF185 from Hong Kong to CDG on 2 June 2026. The phone has a distinctive round peace buckle attached (see attached picture). It contains important business information, so recovering it is critical.
Current situation:
The phone was turned off during the flight.
It is now reachable at +86 13688956239. I called it using my husband’s phone (+86 15918339495) on the afternoon of 2 June 2026 and was informed by airport staff that it has been found. I was told I can collect it at:
Charles de Gaulle Airport, Terminal 2F
However, I do not have a Schengen visa and cannot enter Terminal 2F.
We are currently in the UK for an exhibition (Birmingham) and will stay until 6 June 2026. We will then return to CDG before flying to Hong Kong.
Return flight details:
Birmingham → Paris (AF1065 / Hop! A5): Arrival 9:00 PM, 6 June 2026, Terminal 2E
Paris → Hong Kong (AF188): Departure 11:30 PM, 6 June 2026, Terminal 2E
Only 1 hour at CDG before my connecting flight
Request:
Could your team transfer my phone to Terminal 2E before 5 June, so I can collect it during my layover? This would ensure a smooth and secure retrieval without any issues.
Contact for coordination:
My husband: +86 15918339495 (he can reach me anytime)
My phone: +86 13688956239 (currently at CDG T2F; can be called to confirm exact location)
Thank you very much for your urgent support.
Best regards,
Shi Xiaohong
