Baggage Claim

Inside the main luggage

Dear LOT Polish Airlines Customer Relations Team,

I am writing to formally report a very upsetting incident concerning our recent flight with LOT Polish Airlines to Paris.

My wife, my daughter, and I were travelling together in Premium Economy, seated in 7D, 7E and 7F. We checked our luggage before the flight and collected our baggage upon arrival in Paris. At the time of collection, the luggage appeared to be intact, and we proceeded to our hotel.

The following morning, when my wife opened and checked her luggage, she discovered that several of her personal belongings were missing, including:

* 1 Louis Vuitton pair of sunglasses
* 1 Dolce & Gabbana bag
* 1 dress

These items were packed inside the checked luggage before we travelled and were not removed by us at any point during the journey.

We are extremely disappointed and distressed by this incident. What was supposed to be a special family trip has unfortunately been overshadowed by this experience. My wife is particularly upset and shocked that personal belongings could go missing from our checked baggage during air travel.

We respectfully request that LOT Polish Airlines conduct a full and formal investigation into this matter, including reviewing the baggage handling process and determining where and how these belongings could have gone missing.

We are able to provide receipts, photographs, descriptions, baggage information, boarding passes, and any other documentation required to support our claim.

We sincerely hope that LOT Polish Airlines will take this matter seriously and provide us with the best possible resolution and appropriate compensation for the missing belongings and the distress caused.

We would appreciate receiving confirmation that our complaint has been registered and that an investigation has been initiated. Please also advise us of any additional documents or information you require from us.

We look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

Kind regards,

Amandeep Singh
