When we went to check in our luggage’s the women at the counter took our lagguges and gave us one ticket for one of the luggage’s (we had two). Then she said she voided the payment because she said her system wasn’t working and we were already running late because she took awhile with the previous customer. When we landed in Miami we only received the luggage we were given a ticket for. This was on Friday and we still haven’t received it, it’s now Sunday. We’ve talked to countless agents and one says they found it but another says they don’t know where it is.
