Hello,
My son Ayush was travelling to Kochi via Saudi airlines, Jeddah airport through assistance. My friends was also travelling in the same flight. My son called me last near gate A 49 and my friends confirm that he has seen mobile with my son just before reading the boarding pass. In the flight before reaching the destination,my son realized that there is no phone and since he was travelling alone he didn’t know what to do. On reaching the destination Kochi, he informed us and we tried contacting the customer care of Jeddah.
Yesterday, we had to catch the same flight to Kochi and had a layover in Jeddah. We went to customer care in gate A25 and they asked to contact you. To ensure that this mobile is not lost in destination Kochi, we went to both customs office and Saudi airlines to ensure that the mobile was not in Kochi. Now the only possibility is the mobile being lost near gate A49.
I was checking the last location of the mobile and I could see it is switch off and not active . The last location is in the Jeddah airport. I can confirm no new sim card was put in or the phone not on since July 8th morning .
Our last hope is this mail and we really hope we will get back our phone.
I can attach the screenshot of the complaints we made and the phone IMEI number etc.
It is google pixel 6a olive green phone , lost near gate a49 on 6th July , while boarding flight SV784 from Jeddah to Kochi.
This mobile has an old green rubber mobile cover .
