Hello, I lost my bag in the airport lounge on the Madrid-Kutaisi flight on April 21st (Sala VIP Cibeles) .The bag in question was found and handed over to the lost and found department. I had personal belongings in the bag and it was identified that the bag was indeed mine.The Visa Concierge service helped me find this, but unfortunately the lounge didn’t even check the cameras, so I went up there and told them I had left my bag behind.I was advised that if someone close to me comes, send us their passport details and attach a letter and we will sort it out. Unfortunately, no one comes like that. Please, if the airport can take this bag out on the Wizzair Kutaisi flight.
The backpack is a black Adidas one, inside are clothes and personal items, in the front pocket are my and my wife’s files, NELLY DZNELADZE / IRAKLI KATAMADZE .
