We lost our medical reports and associated papers yellow colour bag somewhere in Lucknow airport security check in or boarding area Gate Number 16.
Bag is of yellow colour commercial bag.
It contains mainly two numbers MRI report from Doon MRI Diagnostic of Dehradun (of patient Akshay Kumar Agrawal/A K Agrawal).
Each MRI report contains Two-Three big size MRI films.
It also contains few X-Ray films from Satya Wahi Hospital, Dehradun.
Also contains medical treatment prescriptions from Dr A K Agrawal, STMC Kanpur in file and some bill receipts
We tried contacting Lost found section / Indigo airlines staff but didn’t get any clue. Phone numbers were not reachable.
