By my seat. Five days ago I filed with lost and found and told of the urgency and was willing to pay to expedite. My Cc was charged 5 days ago but calls are always busy and No response to my 7:emails. Since I don’t have a phone it is hard to call.if the phone can’t make it to the Cairo Marriott in less than a week don’t ship and I can pick up on my return flight.
Considering what I paid for this flight my treatment is horrific! My luggage was also lost and didn’t get for 4 days. Not a great way to start a new customer off and I fly internationally often. I have high status with Delta and tiyr connections were better for this trip. It’s been most stressful dealing with this especially since no response to anything!
