I was using hearing aide to watch movie on my flight. I notice before getting on my connecting flight it was not in my left ear. I have right hearing aide. My first gate was B25. I was told the gate on boarding pass not correct. Flight number aa1949 4/7/2026! From San Francisco to Dallas FT Worth, Texas. When to connecting flight gate was told I had to go back to first airplane. Told her no time about to board. Went to information desk told to call lost and found 972-425-2465. No answer today 4/8/2026. Definitely list it on first flight not connection flight. Called aa customer service told fill out this form
