Connecting Flight
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my missing checked-in baggage on my recent journey from Toronto to Mumbai with Turkish Airlines.
I had checked in 2 bags at the origin airport; however, upon arrival at Mumbai Airport, I did not receive either of them.
My flight details are as follows:
• First Flight: TK8810
Seat: 37A
• Connecting / Replacement Flight (after transit issue): TK720
Seat: 33B
• Route: Toronto – Transit – Mumbai
I boarded my flight from Toronto with Turkish Airlines, operated by Air Transit. At the time of check-in, I was issued baggage tags confirming that my luggage would be delivered to Mumbai. However, during the transit halt, I encountered an issue with my connecting flight, which was Turkish Airlines operated by IndiGo. After a wait of approximately 4–5 hours, I was reassigned to another Turkish Airlines flight, TK0720. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Mumbai, I did not receive either of my checked-in bags.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter on priority and provide an update regarding the current status and location of my baggage.
